The hybrid was obtained by crossing two inbred lines created through self-pollination and recurrent selection, where the female form is male-sterile. The plant is characterized by resistance to the sixth race (race F) of the parasite Orobanche.
Plants of this hybrid belong to the semi-dwarf type with a height of 130–180 cm. The ripening period is early, the head diameter is 18–24 cm. The seeds are distinguished by high oil content with a relatively small size.
