The sunflower hybrid LG 54.12 is a breeding development of the company Limagrain. This hybrid is mentioned in literature as an object of field trials, in particular, those conducted in Croatia in 2008–2009.
Detailed morphological and economic characteristics of the hybrid are absent in open agronomic reference books. At the current moment, the variety has been withdrawn from wide commercial circulation or is used for narrow research purposes.
