The variety possesses initial growth vigor, cold hardiness, and the ability to withstand stress conditions, including drought. It is resistant to broomrape races A–E (OR5) and downy mildew, and shows high tolerance to phoma, phomopsis, white rot, charcoal rot, and dry rot.
