The sunflower hybrid named Lyman (Lyman OR) is presented on the agricultural market of Ukraine. It is a three-way hybrid of the intensive type, characterized as mid-season or mid-early in terms of maturity.

Information regarding the authorship of the breeding team led by V. V. Kyrychenko in relation to the hybrid named Lyman is not confirmed, as the mentioned authors work with other sunflower varieties and hybrids.
