The NS H 8004 hybrid, known under the trade name "Старк 7+ Сумо", belongs to the oilseed direction of use. The plant is adapted to intensive cultivation technologies requiring herbicide treatment for weed control.
A key characteristic of the hybrid is resistance to sulfonylurea herbicides, which allows for the application of tribenuron-methyl at a dosage of up to 50 g/ha. Biological resistance includes protection against all known races of downy mildew and modern races of the parasitic plant sunflower broomrape.
