The hybrid Тор (NS 7749) is ultra-early and reaches a height of 140–165 cm. The oil content in the seeds is 49–52%, and the yield potential reaches 50 c/ha. The plant is characterized by high resistance to lodging, shattering, and drought conditions, managing to complete flowering before peak summer temperatures.

The plant possesses high resistance to broomrape (races A–G+), all races of downy mildew, as well as to phomopsis, white rot, grey rot, rust, phoma, alternaria, and septoria. The hybrid is adapted to intensive cultivation technologies, including the use of tribenuron-methyl based herbicides.

Due to its early maturity and plasticity, the variety is suitable for cultivation in various climatic zones, including regions with moisture deficiency.
