The hybrid is a simple two-line linoleic sunflower. The plants are characterized by medium to low height and high seed oil content; the thousand kernel weight is approximately 54.1 g. The vegetation period lasts about 118 days.
The variety is resistant to Orobanche races A–G and is distinguished by high drought tolerance. On a disease resistance scale, it has the following ratings: downy mildew — 8 points, Sclerotinia head rot and verticillium wilt — 7 points, phomopsis — 6 points, leaf wilting and Sclerotinia stem rot — 5 points.
The hybrid is intended for ExpressSun technology using herbicides based on tribenuron-methyl. The recommended density at harvest time is 50–55 thousand plants/ha with sufficient moisture and 45–50 thousand plants/ha with insufficient moisture.
