Hybrids of the "AM Patriot" series are Granstar-resistant and are intended for the "SUMO" technology. They belong to mid-early hybrids with a vegetation period of 112–115 days, plant height of 170–175 cm, and oil content of about 52%.
The "Patriot" variety, bred by East Kazakhstan Agricultural Research Institute LLP, is early-maturing. It is characterized by resistance to lodging and drought, and is zoned for the South Kazakhstan and North Kazakhstan regions.
