The plant is tall, characterized by large leaves of medium green color with moderate rugosity and dentation. The inflorescence has light yellow ray florets, the capitulum is in a nodding position on a straight stem.
The hybrid shows tolerance to drought and heat, and is resistant to lodging. It possesses moderate resistance to Phoma and tolerance to Phomopsis, is resistant to the herbicide Helmstar, but is susceptible to Orobanche.
