The Regina CL hybrid is intended for commercial cultivation using Clearfield technology with the application of imazamox-based herbicides, which ensures control of weeds and broomrape. The vegetation period is 105–110 days, and plant height reaches 165–170 cm.
The yield of the hybrid is 3.8–4.5 t/ha. The fat content in the seeds is within the range of 49–52%, and the thousand kernel weight is 60–80 g. The recommended sowing density is 55,000 – 60,000 plants per hectare. The hybrid possesses resistance to the main sunflower diseases and all races of broomrape.
