The sunflower Solarni CS is an oilseed-type hybrid. The plant belongs to the early-maturing group, and its growing season ranges from 90 to 100 days.
The hybrid is characterized by short stature. The oil content of the seeds varies within 45–50%, and the seeds contain a high proportion of oleic acid. The plant is resistant to all known races of powdery mildew.
