The hybrid was obtained as a result of a simple cross between the Bulgarian line cms2607 and the mutant line R12003, created by exposing immature zygotic embryos to ultrasound. The plant belongs to the oilseed type.
The hybrid possesses genetically determined immunity to broomrape races A–F and resistance to downy mildew races 300, 700 and 731, as well as complex resistance to foliar pathogens. During trials, it demonstrated productivity higher than standard commercial hybrids.
The plant is sensitive to the seeding rate. The maximum yield is achieved at a stand density of 4500 plants per decare. Increasing the sowing density to 6500 plants per decare leads to a decrease in yield, an increase in stem height, and a reduction in its diameter.
