The flowers of the variety have a characteristic “spider” type shape, which is distinguished by a cherry-pink base tone, darker pink lines, a varying degree of cream shade on the central vein, and purple and violet undertones. The plant’s scapes are gray-green, with a purple tint at the base.

The variety is characterized as difficult to cultivate; care requirements are similar to those of demanding Hippeastrum species. Due to the complexity of cultivation, the variety has not become widely distributed in commercial floriculture and is not a standardized commercial variety.
