The variety was obtained as a result of crossing lines 61238 x Domen. The plant is erect, average stem height is 95 cm. The ear is two-rowed, slightly narrowed towards the apex, 8–12 cm long. Grains are elongated, large, yellow in color, with a thousand kernel weight of 45–53 g and a bulk density of 670–690 g/l.
Protein content in the grains varies from 10.3 to 13.5%, extractivity is 78–81.5%. The variety has moderate resistance to lodging, as well as to Septoria and Rhynchosporium. It is resistant to loose smut, but susceptible to powdery mildew and net blotch.
The variety possesses ecological plasticity, is suitable for various soil types and for use in traditional and organic farming systems.
