The Nagrad spring barley variety was bred by a breeding company from the Poznań region. In publications from the late 1990s, this variety appeared in the context of agrotechnical recommendations, in particular, when calculating seeding rates for intercropping with fodder peas.
The variety is not present in current registers of breeding achievements. Detailed morphological characteristics, data on yield, disease resistance, or grain quality indicators are not provided in the available archival sources.
