Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a winter two-row barley obtained from a cross between lines SJ053088 and Flight. The plant is characterized by short to medium stem length and the ability to form a large number of tillers. For normal development, the variety requires vernalization and is intended exclusively for autumn sowing.

The variety possesses resistance to rhynchosporium, net blotch, and powdery mildew, with moderate resistance to leaf rust. Straw strength provides lodging resistance, although there is a risk of neck breakage during the ripening period. The grain is distinguished by its large size and low content of small fractions.
