An important genetic feature is the presence of the Yd4 gene, which provides full resistance to barley yellow dwarf virus, as well as tolerance to wheat dwarf virus.
High tillering capacity allows for the formation of dense stands at reduced seeding rates. The grain of the variety is dense, uniform, with high test weight and resistance to cracking. The variety is intended for use as feed and is suitable for cultivation for grain or for harvesting green mass for silage.
