The growing season of the variety is from 69–70 to 85 days. Plants reach a height of 70–100 cm and have a semi-erect form. The ear is six-rowed, cylindrical, lax, without a waxy bloom, with long yellow awns. The grain is large, light yellow in color, with a thousand kernel weight of 42 to 51 g.

The variety possesses high productive tillering, allowing the formation of up to 18–20 stems per plant. It exhibits resistance to smut diseases, powdery mildew, stripe helminthosporiosis, and leaf rust. It possesses reduced photoperiod sensitivity and high drought tolerance.

The grain has a low protein content (11–13%) and high energy value, which makes the variety suitable for both feed purposes and malting. The yield potential is up to 90–96 c/ha.
