The variety is a two-row spring barley. It is characterized by high malting quality indicators: grain extractivity is about 81.1%, protein content varies from 9.0% to 10.0%, and seed uniformity reaches 98.8%. Thousand kernel weight is 45.1–50.0 g.

The variety possesses group resistance to infection by the pathogens of loose smut and spot blotch.
