Variety description

The Twin Sensation variety is a double hyacinth with violet petals (KAVB classification tone N78A). The flowers are star-shaped and gathered in dense, compact inflorescences. The plant has a distinct sweet aroma, and the flower stalk height is about 25 cm.
The plant belongs to spring-flowering bulbous plants. The variety is suitable for growing in flower beds, in containers, as well as for winter forcing and cutting, maintaining its decorative quality in water for up to two weeks. The plant is moderately frost-hardy, withstands temperature drops down to –17 °C and requires well-drained soil.
