The variety is a hybrid obtained as a result of crossing Agapanthus comptonii and Agapanthus campanulatus. The medium-sized plant is characterized by a dense bush form and an evergreen vegetation type.
The peduncles form dense umbellate inflorescences, the tepals of which have a violet-blue outer side and a striped white-blue inner side. The variety shows resistance to fungal infections, including Macrophoma agapanthii.
The flowering period continues from early spring to the end of summer, extending into the beginning of autumn. The plant is suitable for container cultivation, creating borders, and use in mixed landscape compositions.
