The plant is a succulent shrub with semi-erect or drooping stems 30–50 cm in length, which allows it to be grown in hanging baskets. The leaves are fleshy, glossy, ovate to lanceolate in shape, and deep green in color, sometimes with a red or pink margin.
The flowers are bell-shaped and gathered in multi-flowered inflorescences of 15–30 pieces. The color of the flowers is pinkish-red with pale yellow tips. Flowering occurs in the autumn-winter or spring period and lasts up to two months.
The variety is a drought-tolerant succulent. It requires good drainage and is sensitive to waterlogging and the risk of root rot development. It is intended for cultivation in interiors, on balconies, and on windowsills.
