The plant is a compact herbaceous shrub up to 25–30 cm in height. The leaf blades have a gray-green hue on the upper side with dark veins, while the underside of the leaf is colored pink-red. The leaves are slightly pointed and may have a curved shape.
During the flowering period, the variety forms narrow spike-like inflorescences of a white or yellowish shade. The plant is characterized as adapted to indoor conditions and is considered non-toxic for indoor cultivation.
