Variety description
10 August 2026
The plant reaches 4.5–6 meters in height and 2.5–3 meters in width at maturity. It is characterized by dark green foliage that retains its color in winter, and a slower, denser growth habit compared to the parent variety.
The variety is resistant to diseases, pests, and damage from snow and ice, and is also unattractive to deer. It is recommended for hardiness zones 5–8 and develops well in full sun or partial shade on moist, well-drained soils.
It is used for creating hedges, windbreaks, and as an accent vertical element in gardens. It does not require complex maintenance or pruning to maintain its natural shape.
