Perennial decorative shrub, possessing golden foliage coloration in the spring period with inclusions of dark green, yellow, and lime colors, as well as pink shoots. The plant forms golden-yellow flowers with long stamens, after which small berries are formed.

The plant prefers sunny or semi-shaded locations. Good air circulation is required for development, especially in the winter period. The variety is characterized by excellent resistance to diseases within its species.
