The variety is a deciduous, sometimes described as semi-woody, shrub. The plant is characterized by upright stems and the presence of lateral shoots with an overall tendency to form single stems. The average height of the variety during tests was about 158 cm.

Dual Flair is part of the Flair series of varieties, which are cultivated for ornamental purposes, including landscape gardening and floristic cut flowers. The quality of the produce is evaluated by the shape and color of the fruits, as well as its suitability for arrangements.
