The variety Kixant, also known as Xanthia, is a representative of the New Guinea hybrid group. The plant was obtained by directed crossing of the seedling Kixant and the variety Danboog (Harmony Scarlet).
The variety is characterized by a specific orange flower color and the stability of varietal traits during vegetative propagation. The plant is adapted for container cultivation; maintenance requires adherence to a watering regime to prevent root rot.
