The Romaine type plant forms a dense oval-shaped head of the closed type with a height of 30–35 cm and a rosette diameter of about 30 cm. The leaves are dark green, smooth-edged, and slightly blistered. The average head weight is 700–800 g; the variety is distinguished by high uniformity.
The variety is characterized by high resistance to bolting and tip burn, which allows it to be grown in hot conditions. It possesses a complex of resistances to downy mildew (races Bl:16–27, 29, 32, 34, 36, 39, 40 EU), lettuce mosaic virus (LMV:1), tomato bushy stunt virus (TBSV), fusarium wilt (Fol:4), and lettuce aphid (Nr:0).
Intended for fresh market and industrial processing. Recommended for open field during the spring-autumn period, as well as for film shelters and hydroponic systems.
