The plant has an upright growth habit and an oblong or cylindrical head with a closed base. The leaves are dark green, dense, with flat ribs, and are characterized by their juiciness and crisp texture. The variety features a medium maturity period and good keeping quality in storage for up to 2–3 weeks.
It possesses high resistance to downy mildew (races Bl:29-39EU / 7-10US), lettuce root aphid, and mirafiori lettuce virus, as well as medium resistance to a number of other pathogens. The variety shows high resistance to tipburn and bolting, and medium resistance to bolting.
The variety is versatile for cultivation, suitable for open field, film greenhouses, hydroponics, and controlled environment systems. It is intended for the fresh market, professional processing, and packaging, and is suitable for mechanized harvesting.
