The variety belongs to the Batavia group and is characterized by a compact plant type. It is suitable for cultivation on sandy soils, under protected cultivation, open field, as well as in hydroponic systems using deep-water culture technology.
Possesses high resistance (HR) to downy mildew (races Bl:29–36, 38–41EU), lettuce aphid (Nr:0), and Mirafiori lettuce virus. Has intermediate resistance (IR) to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV:1) and Fusarium wilt (races Fol:1, 4).
