The variety is intended for cultivation in the intensive cold season. The plant is characterized by high growth vigor in low-temperature conditions, ensuring the production of large-sized and high-quality products.
The variety possesses resistance to lettuce downy mildew Bremia lactucae, including races Bl: 16–27, 29, 32, 34, 36EU and 1–8US. It was used as a commercial variety during studies of big vein virus in Southeastern Spain.
