The variety possesses high resistance (HR) to downy mildew (Bremia lactucae, races Bl: 1–24) and lettuce aphid (Nasonovia ribisnigri, biotype Nr: 0). Intermediate resistance (IR) to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV) has also been recorded.
