The plant belongs to the Iceberg type and forms large, firm and dense dark green heads. The leaves are characterized by juiciness and a crunchy texture, which makes the produce suitable for the fresh vegetable market.
The variety possesses resistance to the lettuce aphid Nasonovia ribis-nigri, as well as to necroses. The genetic material of the variety, obtained through interspecific hybridization with Lactuca virosa, was used to create subsequent lettuce lines. Cultivation is permitted in open field, including the use of agrofibre in the spring period.
