The plant is compact, medium-sized, with an upright growth habit. The leaves are medium-green in color and form a distinct yellow heart. The variety is characterized by good height and a late head-closing period.
The variety possesses high resistance (HR) to downy mildew (races Bl:29–36, 38–41 EU / 1–9 US), Fusarium wilt (Fol:1, 4), currant-lettuce aphid (Nr:0), and Tomato bushy stunt virus (TBSV). Intermediate resistance (IR) is noted for Lettuce mosaic virus (LMV:1). Resistant to internal tip burn.
