The variety belongs to the Salanova type and Incised leaf group, resembling a Trocadero-type lettuce. The plant forms a compact rosette with glossy dark-red leaves of an upright growth habit.
The KNOX trait ensures slower oxidation of the sap after cutting, which extends the shelf life of the produce. The variety is resistant to downy mildew and lettuce aphid.
The plant is suitable for year-round cultivation depending on the region and growing conditions.
