The variety belongs to the Batavia type and is intended for cultivation in open field and protected cultivation. The rosette is vigorous, forming heavy, dense, and compact heads. Leaves are deep green or bright light green in color, strongly ruffled at the edges, and possess a crunchy and tender texture.
The growing period is 45–55 days. The variety is tolerant to high summer temperatures and resistant to bolting and leaf tip burn. It possesses high resistance to downy mildew (races 1–28, 30, 31), lettuce aphid, and mirafiori lettuce virus. Intermediate resistance is noted to Fusarium wilt and lettuce mosaic virus.
