Variety description

The variety belongs to the Lollo Bionda type (coral lettuce) and forms a dense rounded head with large leaves, the edges of which have fine curling. The plant is characterized by vigorous growth, is suitable for year-round cultivation, and is slow to bolt.
The variety possesses high resistance to downy mildew (races Bl:29–34, 36, 39, 40EU), aphid (Nr:0), and currant-lettuce aphid (Pb). Intermediate resistance is noted to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV:1) and Fusarium wilt (Fol:4). The variety also demonstrates high resistance to tip burn.
The produce is characterized by a long shelf life and stable leaf structure. The variety is versatile, suitable for both open field and hydroponic systems, and is considered a successor to the Lorenzo RZ variety.
