The plant has leaves with a coarsely serrated basal margin, moderately pronounced blistering, and moderate glossiness. The seeds of the variety are black. In comparative studies, an average head weight of approximately 928 g was recorded.
The variety shows resistance to the lettuce aphid Nasonovia ribis-nigri, corky root rot Sphingomonas suberifaciens, and lettuce mosaic virus LMV. At the same time, it is susceptible to a number of races of downy mildew Bremia lactucae, including races Bl:18, 20, 22, 24, 25, 26.
The variety is intended for commercial cultivation and sale in the fresh produce market. It is also used as a comparative sample when studying the characteristics of Romaine lettuce varieties.
