Oceanis (Okeanice F1) variety is a Batavia-type hybrid. The plant forms a balanced compact rosette with strong and dense foliage.
The variety is intended for winter, spring, and autumn cultivation cycles. Suitable for unheated plastic tunnels and open field in regions with a mild climate. Possesses resistance to marginal leaf scorch.
The plant has high resistance (HR) to downy mildew (Bremia lactucae, races Bl: 29–41EU) and lettuce aphid (Nasonovia ribisnigri, race Nr: 0), and also exhibits tolerance to Fusarium (Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lactucae).
