Solagon RZ belongs to the Triple red Salanova lollo variety type. The plant has a characteristic leaf shape and a very high red pigment content.

The variety belongs to the Salanova line, which provides the "one cut ready" principle: when the base is cut, the rosette breaks down into many small leaves. Suitable for cultivation at high planting density.

Possesses resistance to lettuce downy mildew races Bl:1–28 and lettuce aphid Nr:0.
