The variety belongs to the Green Oakleaf type and is part of the Salanova line, the feature of which is the easy separation of the head into individual leaves. Externally, the variety is a neat rosette with apple-green leaves that are lighter at the base.
The plant is resistant to tipburn and has slow bolting, which allows it to be grown in the summer period. Knox technology slows down the browning process of leaf cuts, increasing the shelf life of the produce. In terms of yield, the variety outperforms a number of standard counterparts.
