The variety has oval leaves with a blistered surface and a wavy margin. The name is associated with a visual feature: the presence of a large spot in the center of the leaf and two additional spots on the sides.
The plant belongs to summer varieties, resistant to bolting, and is capable of forming a head independently. Recommended sowing dates fall in the period from January to April, and harvesting is possible from July until the onset of cold weather.
