The plant belongs to the "Oak leaf" type and is distinguished by an upright habit with thin, soft, shiny leaves of a rich green color. Thanks to the Salanova series, a single cut at the base causes the rosette to break into numerous leaves of equal size, the quantity of which is three times higher than that of traditional varieties.
The variety possesses genetically determined Knox technology, which slows the browning of cuts, thus extending shelf life. It is characterized by high resistance to bolting, tip burn, and modern races of downy mildew.
Intended for cultivation in open and protected ground, as well as in hydroponic systems. The compact form and vertical growth make the variety suitable for mechanical harvesting and use in the ready-to-eat product segment.
