The plant is vigorous, forming a large, dense, and heavy rounded head. The leaves have an intense dark red color with thin white veins; the wrapper leaves are green. The leaves are succulent, crunchy, and have the slight bitterness characteristic of radicchio.

The hybrid possesses high tolerance to stress weather conditions, including high temperatures, and resistance to bolting. It shows resistance to nematodes and Cladosporium. It is distinguished by good keeping quality and transportability.

The variety is intended for cultivation in open field from April to August. The harvest is suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for stewing or grilling.
