The plant has an upright yet spreading, mounded habit. Leaves are dark green and oval. Domed inflorescences consist of flowers combining pink and light yellow shades, changing color as they open and age. Plant height is typically 35–40 cm.
The variety is intended for cultivation in containers, hanging baskets, borders, and open field. The plant is heat-loving and drought-tolerant; it does not require regular deadheading. In regions with a mild climate, it is grown as a perennial, and in cooler regions as an annual. The plant is toxic.
