The variety is a low-growing bushy plant 30 to 50 cm in height, forming dense mounds of green foliage. Flowers are double, about 7.5 cm in diameter. The plant is used in borders, flower beds, rock gardens, and container gardening, and is suitable for cutting.

Flowering is prolonged, occurring from June to August. The variety is characterized by resistance to lodging due to its sturdy bush. It prefers full sun and well-drained soils, and does not tolerate winter moisture stagnation. Winter hardiness corresponds to USDA zones 5–9.
