The privet variety, referred to by the name «Liga» and sometimes designated as «Goliat», is distinguished by an upright habit and shiny dark green leaves that remain on the bushes for a significant part of the year. The plant tolerates regular pruning well.
This variety is used for forming hedges and reaches a height of 2–3 meters. It is suitable for cultivation in hardiness zones 1–4.
