The 'Capitol' variety is a hybrid form of lily. The inner and outer sides of the petals are greenish-white. There are dark pink markings at the base of the outer side of the petals.

The plant has heavy pollen. The variety was obtained as a result of crossing the varieties 'Merci' and 'Freedom'.
