Variety description

The variety belongs to the group of LA-hybrids obtained by crossing Lilium longiflorum and Lilium asiaticum. It combines large flower size and long vase life with bright coloration and an upright orientation of the inflorescences.

The plant has a tall and sturdy stem, which makes it suitable for commercial cut flower cultivation, as well as for use in landscaping of gardens and parks. The lily is propagated vegetatively.

Specialized literature notes the variety's susceptibility to the fungus Rhizoctonia solani. Other information regarding disease resistance is fragmentary and corresponds to the general characteristics of the LA-hybrid group.
