The Penthouse lily variety belongs to the Oriental hybrid group. Large flowers reach 16 to 25 cm in diameter and are colored pearl-pink or lilac-pink with a characteristic white stripe along the center of the petal. The plant height varies from 50 to 150 cm, averaging about 100 cm.

The plant blooms during the summer period. The variety prefers partial shade and areas protected from direct sunlight, and requires regular watering. The lily is used in landscape design for creating borders and flower beds, and is also suitable for growing in pots and containers.
